Overwatch 2, Diablo 4 Announced at BlizzCon 2019

Blizzard’s top games get a sequel

At Blizzard’s annual BlizzCon, the game developer announced the much-awaited sequel to Overwatch, along with a new installment of Diablo.

Overwatch 2 introduces new maps and playable heroes, along with new skins for current characters and a new Push PvP game mode. The game gets a story mode, and will let players level up their heroes and customize their abilities.

Diablo IV, on the other hand, takes place years after Diablo 3’s conclusion, with Lilith as the game’s main antagonist. It will have five regions for players to explore, along with public events and a PvP system. On launch, the game will have five classes through the barbarian, sorceress, and druid classes are the ones that were initially revealed.

Both games are currently in development, with Diablo 4 confirmed to be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
