Great news for e-sports fans
ESL, the world’s largest e-sports company has officially announced that they will be conducting South East Asia’s largest e-sports competition right here in the pearl of the orient. The ESL One Manila by PLDT Fibr and Smart GameX will be happening next year on April 23-24, and will have a prize pool of $250,000 or roughly Php 11.7M.
The competition will feature top DoTA 2 teams in the world, and as host country ESL is reserving a slot for a PH team. Tickets will go on sale from Php 500 for general admission for both days, while premium tickets with awesome freebies like free drinks, food, goodie bag and exclusive signing sessions and a special DoTA 2 in-game item will be priced at Php 5,000.
