PlayStation Now Goes Live On PC, But…..

A few days ago Sony announced that they would make PlayStation Now, a paid, monthly gaming subscription service that allows you to play classic PlayStation games, available on the PC. While they have been coy on the exact date, it appears today is the day – yes folks, you can now play PlayStation games on your PC. If you have a beefy PC (Sony suggest a 3.5GHz Core i3 or better) you can now start streaming PS3 games to your PC. Speaking of games, Sony’s beefed up the catalog that’s available to play on PlayStation Now, adding heavy hitters like Tomb Raider: GOTY Edition, Heavy Rain, Mafia II, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution and Borderlands: Ultimate Edition into the mix.

Unfortunately, there’s a catch. While the service is now live for folks in the US, it seems that PH PlayStation gamers aren’t included in the rollout just yet (we tried). If you live in the US and/or have a US-based card, you can avail of the limited time offer of $99.99 for 12 months of PS Now.
