The First Pokemon Tamagotchi Features Eevee

The next best thing to Pokemon Let’s Go?

The Pokemon craze is real: following the official launch of Pokemon Let’s Go on the Nintendo Switch (along with the uber-cool Pokeball Plus accessory), practically everyone is into Pokemon these days. It does not stop there, as Pokemon collaborated with the makers of Tamagotchi for the first-ever Pokemon-themed Tamagotchi.

Featuring the adorable and current it-Pokemon Eevee, owners are tasked to take care of their own Eevee. On top of that, owners have the opportunity to evolve Eevee into any of its eight forms: Espeon, Umbreon, Sylveon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Leafeon, and Glaceon.

Prior to this, Pokemon had a virtual pet toy back in 1998 with the Pocket Pikachu.

The Eevee will be available in Japan by January 26, 2019 for 2300 Yen(~Php 1.1k). While there is no announcement for a global release, we really hope Pokemon makes this available for everyone to enjoy.
