vivo Partners with Tencent for PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019

$2.5 million worth of prizes are up for grabs

Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation announced that it is partnering with vivo for PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019. One of the biggest mobile gaming tournaments in the world, players from ten regions across the globe will be battling against one another through the Spring & Fall Split. $2.5 million worth of prizes are up for grabs, so expect players to bring their A-game in the tournament.

The partnership is part of vivo’s efforts to strengthen its presence at the eSports game Industry. PUBG Mobile is Tencent’s most popular game to date, with a fanbase of over 200 million excluding China, Korea, and Japan. The qualifying round of PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019 kicked off last March 22, 2019. The Spring Split Global Finals will be hosted in July this year, while the Fall Split Global Finals will happen in December.
