Warner Bros in Negotiations for Attack on Titan

While we’re pretty psyched for the second season of Attack on Titan, which is due for release next month, but reports are coming in that renowned American entertainment company, Warner Bros, has set their sights on the popular series by Hajime Isayama.

Attack on Titan was and still is a wildly popular anime series that has had two live action adaptations in Japan. While the deal for the IP is still under negotiations there are already a couple of details released if it does go through. The film will be produced by David Heyman — who also produced the Harry Potter spinoff, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them — and will be a remake of the two part live action movie released in 2015.

We’re already seeing Scarlett Johansson stepping into the shoes of The Major in Ghost of the Shell this year, so it seems like we may be expecting more anime adaption from the West soon.
