Xiaomi is no stranger to releasing special edition merchandise catering to fandoms: in 2018 they released a Miku Hatsune themed Mi 6x phone, and this year they’re making special Pikachu-edition devices for Pokémon fans. The result? A five-piece collection of must-have, Pikachu-edition merchandise that went on sale in China yesterday.
Pikachu fans are going to want to get their hands on these Xiaomi Pikachu Edition Mi Devices. This all-yellow line of quirky merchandise will definitely win the hearts of any Pokémon fan. The collection has three Pikachu-themed devices which include:
Mi Power Bank 2 with 10000mAh battery
A compact 10000mAh power-capacity quick charging power bank that comes with two USB ports. It also comes with a low current mode that makes it ideal for powering devices such as Xiaomi Bluetooth headsets and Xiaomi bracelets. The power bank is priced at CNY 99 (Php 716).
Xiaomi True Wireless Bluetooth Headset Air 2s
The Mi Air 2s TWS earphones support voice-command once it’s connected to a Xiaomi phone. It comes with a quick-connect feature and also a separate connectivity option that lets you use one earbud at a time. The earbuds have a 5-hour playback but with its charging case on a full-charge, you can get a total of 24-hours of playback. The case itself can be recharged either through Qi wireless or via a Type-C cable. Xiaomi’s Pikachu-Edition TWS Bluetooth Headset Air 2s is being retailed at CNY 399 (Php 2888).
Xiaomi Pocket Photo Printer
Print photos on this Xiaomi portable printer that makes use of Xiaomi’s zink paper cartridges. This pocket printer is capable of printing 2×3 inch sized photographs from jpeg or png files on your phone which can be managed through its app that lets you edit photos using filters, do AR video printing, and stitch up images. The pocket printer is priced at CNY 399 (Php 2888).
In addition, a Pikachu-edition backpack and suitcase are the non-tech related items included in this collection. There is no indication that there will be a Philippine release for any of these special edition devices as of press time.
