Metro Manila Traffic Navigator (MMDA and TV5)

Ever regretted taking Edsa over C5 to go home from Makati? I’ve been in that situation dozens of times and it’s really frustrating to get stuck in massive traffic jams. If you want information on the traffic situation in Metro Manila all you have to do now is to check out the Metro Manila Traffic Navigator website which was developed by TV5 and MMDA. The site is updated every 15 minutes so you can be pretty sure it’s close what’s really happening. Here’s a screenshot of the site for your appreciation:

The website was also made to be viewed on mobile phones. It should render pretty well on smartphones. A mobile app is also in the works.

Disclosure: The author works for TV5 and is part of marketing the said project. ^^; Hope you guys don’t mind!
