If there’s a car you should be saving your money for, it’s gotta be Honda’s upcoming 2017 Civic Type R. While the production version hasn’t been officially announced just yet, Honda’s showing a close to production 2017 Civic Type R at the Paris Motor Show. And hot damn, the car looks absolutely sexy, awesome and dope AF.

Honda’s taken the extremely muscular styling of the regular Civic up a notch, with the Type R sporting a winged carbon fiber splitter, carbon fiber side skirts, dual center exhaust, 20-inch piano black alloy wheels, 245-section high-performance tires and smoked lenses for the LED headlights, taillights and indicators.

There’s no word on the engine powering the monster, but rumors say it’ll run a turbo 2.0-liter engine that’s in the current model Type-R but with more power – around 340 horses worth. If the car’s performance matches the crazy, aggressive look, then this car may just be the dream hatch of boy racers when it debuts in 2017.
