Altec Lansing Moondance Glow

The Altec Lansing Moondance Glow was released middle of last year. It basically functions as audio speakers with a dock for your iPod/iPhone and packed with several cool features. It has a “mood light function” wherein the soft light at the back of the speakers reflects on the walls behind giving a faint glow to the area. The sound quality also isn’t that bad but it’s not like the higher end speakers available in the market. This is really more of a premium dock/audio player that you put inside your bedroom (not the living room). You dock your iPhone/iPod before you sleep, set the alarm, and wake up to music that you love. That and you can readily listen to your favorite tunes anytime you’re in the room.

The Altec Lansing Moondance Glow usually sells for Php8,500. Check out any distributor of Altec Lansing or you can search for online sellers on TipidPC and Multiply. Lastly, if you have a little more budget, you can also check out the newly released Sound Freaq Platform.

PS: If you’re using an iPhone note that these speakers don’t have GSM shielding. If someone texts or calls you’ll hear the annoying tick tock sound. You can turn your GSM off though by switching to Airplane mode.
