It’s cheaper than the already-bargain Cubix Cube Max
Cherry Mobile has been riding the Phablet trend lately with the Cubix Cube Max. We reviewed this device a few weeks ago, and we were quite impressed at how they managed to produce a phablet for a hair under 4K.
Recently, we spotted another phablet from Cherry Mobile called the Flare HD Max. A quick browse of the specs makes the Flare HD Max similar to the Cubix Max save for a few differences: downgraded cameras (8-megapixel rear camera instead of a 16-megapixel one, and a 5-megapixel front camera instead of an 8-megapixel one) and the absence of a fingerprint scanner. Those downgrades and omissions made the Flare HD Max cheaper at Php 3,699. Here’s a quick overview of the specs:
