IFA 2017: Sony Unveils Big-Batteried Xperia XA1 Plus

Improving on what worked with the XA1

While Sony’s focus on this year’s IFA is the launch of the Xperia XZ1 and Xperia XZ1 Compact, they also launched a new midrange model with the Xperia XA1 Plus. An upgrade to this year’s XA1, the XA1 Plus has the same specs, save for a display upgrade: The Plus has a Full HD, 5.5-inch IPS Display. With a screen bigger than the regular XA1, the XA1 Plus also has a bigger 3430mAh battery, and battery saving tech such as Sony’s Stamina modeQnovo Adaptive Charging technology and Battery Care to keep it power efficient.
