Can’t handle the full sized G2? Check out the G2 Mini

Aside from their ginormous phablet, LG also launched their smaller, more affordable (albeit slightly downgraded) G2 Mini today. The G2 Mini obviously shares a lot of the design DNA from the company’s more successful G2 smartphone, which includes LG’s G Knock Code and the placement of the volume rocker on the back.

Compared to the other device that LG launched today, the G2 Mini looks tiny in comparison. Thankfully the company didn’t go overboard when they downgraded the G2 Mini, unlike the G Pro Lite Dual. The hardware combination that LG chose for the G2 Mini should prove capable, at least when it comes to the basics. The 1.2GHz Qualcomm quad-core processor and rather beefy 2420mAh battery means that the G2 Mini will be able to go longer before needing a trip to the charger, though only a full review will reveal for sure. As far as pricing is concerned, you can expect the G2 Mini to go for Php 13,990 when it hits stores soon.
