Is this the Meizu phone to get this year?
The Meizu MX4 hasn’t been officially launched here in the Philippines yet (although we did get an early sneak peek at the upcoming device, check it out here!) and rumors have been intensifying about its bigger brother, the MX4 Pro. While we’ve seen actual renders of the device and some specs, we haven’t really seen what the new device will be packing when it finally arrives. Well, some of the mystery has been revealed via an alleged GFX Benchmark of the new device.

- 3GB of RAM
- 5.4-inch 2560 x 1536 resolution display

The Meizu MX4 is said to be running Samsung’s Exynos 5 octa-core processor with big.LITTLE tech, and is rumored to bring a 5.4-inch display to the fray. with a resolution of 2560 x 1536. While the display listed on the GFX Benchmarks is listed as 5.5-inches, previous leaks have placed the display size as 5.4-inches, plus the fact that Meizu doesn’t like, comforming to your standards, maan (the MX4 has a non-standard 5.36 inch display).
GadgetzArena, the blog that noticed the listing, also posted one of the few live photos of the MX4 Pro in wild, which confirms the removal of Meizu’s trademark halo home button for a physical one which likely contains a fingerprint scanner.
