Another great octa-core offering from THL!
Novo7 Tech, the official distributor of THL here in the Philippines have announced in their Facebook page that they will be releasing another THL octa-core smartphone in the Philippines come March 17! The new octa-core smartphone, the THL 200, is a 6-inch phablet that will compliment the company’s THL 100 offering.

Looking at the specs of the THL T200, it looks to be a beast of a phablet – the 32GB of storage alone is cause to be excited. The THL T200 also has NFC, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 13-megapixel camera with a F2.0 aperture which should give the T200 excellent low-light performance. Super sulit! While the increased screen size and the full HD display may slow down the device a bit (THL’s own website lists the T200 as only capable of achieving an AnTuTu score of 20K), it’s still the first full HD octa-core phablet to be offered locally, as the Starmobile Diamond X1 was only an HD device. As if that wasn’t enough, Novo7 Tech is offering an additional 2500mAh battery with your purchase of the T200, as well as a 20,000mAh(!) power bank! Looks like the company doesn’t want you to ever run out of juice with the T200, hehe.
Excited? We are. Expect the THL T200 Cyborg to land on March 17, although it will only be initially available at two branches: the THL Kiosk at the SM Southmall and Gateway Cubao Gateway Tower.
