The leaked tablet is now official
We first leaked the SKK Marian Tablet a few weeks ago, and now the company has decided to make the tablet official, sans the price that was included in the original flyer. The SKK Marian Tab holds the distinction of being the first ever octa-core powered tablet by a local brand, and surprisingly has very good specs – 1.7GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 18-megapixel camera and more importantly, a 7-inch WUXGA LTPS display, which puts this tablet in the same league as the Nexus 7 as far as the display resolution is concerned.

But as we mentioned in the original leak, the SKK Marian Tab carries a very high pricetag of Php 19999, which is far higher than any device being offered by any local brand. There’s a caveat though – the original Facebook announcement did not include a price. But then again, all of the leaked information on the poster sent to us by our leakster was accurate, and we’re confident that the price is the same as well.
