Smart iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S Plans Announced
Smart just announced their postpaid plans for the new Apple iPhones — the colorful and unapologetically plastic iPhone 5C and the forward-thinking iPhone 5S. As expected the devices are offered through four types of Smart’s postpaid plans: All-in, UnliData, iPhone, and Plan 999 (with deferred cash out payments) plans.
Based on the plan matrix below the most affordable plan that you can get the iPhone 5C for is Plan 999 + Cash Out (Php1,499) followed by UnliData Plan 2000, iPhone Plan 2499, and lastly the All-in 2500 plan. If you ask us though the plan we recommend is UnliData 1500. You just have to shell out Php2,500 one time and you’re good. At least your monthly fees won’t be consistently higher.
You can get the iPhone 5S at zero cash out under the iPhone Plan 2499 as well (which makes getting the iPhone 5C under this particular plan weird). You can also get it via UnliData Plan 3000. The most affordable option is Plan 999 + Cash Out (Php1,799).

If you’re an existing subscriber but not yet in line for retention you can also opt to upgrade to the iPhone via Smart’s Wipeout program. You just have to payout a certain amount depending on the number of months left in your contract to be able to avail of the new handset.
