ASUS brings its latest generation of ZenBooks with the ZenBook 13 (UX325) and ZenBook 14 (UX425). Both models are touted as one of the thinnest notebooks of its class at 13.9mm thin, while offering a complete set of ports that include full-size HDMI and USB Type-A ports, in addition to two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports and a microSD card reader. That is a feat on its own, especially if you consider the ZenBook 13 (UX325) weighing just 1.07 kg.
To keep their compact build, both models come with a four-sided NanoEdge display that gives a class-leading 90% screen-to-body ratio. Display options include a low power, 1w display for better battery life. Like its predecessors, you get key features like NumberPad 2.0, ErgoLift hinge, and IR cameras for Windows Hello face recognition.
Powering both models is a Core i5-1035G1 processor that is paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB PCIe 3.0 x2 NVMe SSD. Both versions come with a 67wHr battery that can last up to 22 hours on a single charge, with top-ups done via 65w USB-C PD. They also get WiFi 6 for better overall WiFi performance.
The ZenBook 13 (UX325) and ZenBook 14 (UX425) are both priced at PHP 54,995. The ZenBook 13 (UX325) is now available in ASUS Concept Stores and partner multi-brand stores, as well as the ASUS E-Store, Lazada, and Shopee, while the ZenBook 14 (UX425) will be available starting mid-August.
Both models are also part of ASUS’ Gear Up for the New Normal promo, where those who purchase before August 31 will get a Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi router and a Php 5,000 e-voucher that can be used to purchase ASUS products in select official online stores in Lazada.
