The Cherry Mobile Flare HD made its rounds in the Philippine market some 3 years ago and the local brand has just announced that it was high time for it to resurface with, of course, a spec upgrade. Touting Bright and Rich visuals, the Cherry Mobile Flare HD 2.0 will now be equipped with a 5-inch IPS Display at 720×1280 Resolution; slighter bigger than its earlier iteration that came in at 4.3-inches that was pretty much the standard at the time.
