These include the rugged Rover 2 (Php 1,199), the dual rear cam-sporting Desire R8 (Php 3,999), the quad-cam-equipped Flare S7 (Php 3,499), and the Flare X3–the brand’s first phone with triple rear camera AND dual front cameras (Php 7,999)
