If you thought that ASUS was done with all the Zenfone 3 announcements, you’d be wrong. The company recently announced a fourth member of its Zenfone 3 family, though the new device is possibly destined as a China-only device. The new phone, dubbed the Zenfone Pegasus 3, sports an all-metal body despite the budget price tag.

The new phone has a metal unibody, 5.2-inch HD display and a 1.3GHz octa-core processor, along with 2.5D curved glass, and a choice of either 2GB or 3GB of RAM. Depending on the version you get, you’re also getting either 16GB or 32GB of expandable storage. The camera is a 13-megapixel deal with an f/2.2 aperture lens paired with a 5-megapixel front camera. There’s a fingerprint reader embedded on the back, and a large 4,100mAh battery inside.
The phone is destined to retail at RMB 1,300 for the lower end 2GB/16GB version and RMB 1,500 for the higher end, 3GB/32GB variant. The phone is a China-only release, for now.
