GoPro Introduces Its Most Affordable Action Camera To Date

It is as affordable as most popular mid-range phones

In efforts of expanding its action camera lineup, GoPro introduced a new HERO camera, which is priced cheaper than the HERO5 and HERO6.

Priced at $200(~Php 10.5k), the new HERO can capture 10-megapixel photos and shoot videos in 1080P. Like its more expensive siblings, the HERO is waterproof up to 30 feet.

It comes with a few conveniences such as a 2-inch touchscreen display, video stabilization, and voice command function for true hands-free operation of the camera. Together with the GoPro app, footage captured on the HERO is automatically transferred to your phone or tablet.

The Hero is available at GoPro’s US online store, and it is only a matter of time before it becomes available locally.
