The main camera sounds familiar
With the launch of the HONOR 30s a few days ago, it is only a matter of time when the Huawei sub-brand will launch the HONOR 30. Rumored to launch on April 15, an image obtained by GSMArena gave a closer look at the HONOR 30’s cameras.
While the module has the same shape as the HONOR 30S, what will catch people’s attention is the text written on the module. While there’s little detail about the IMX 700, the sensor’s Octa PDAF and 50-megapixel resolution bring speculation that the HONOR 30’s main rear camera might be the same one used on the Huawei P40 series.
Going through the rear cameras, the HONOR 30 will have a periscope module and what appears to be an ultra-wide-angle camera and depth sensor. Antenna lines are visible in the image, so the HONOR 30 will have a metal and glass build. Other speculated specs include a Kirin 990 5G processor and a curved 90Hz display for the Pro model.
