An important milestone for the company
Huawei is ramping up its wearable business, a market the company has seen phenomenal growth in. The company is currently #3 worldwide when it comes to smartwatches and wearables, and the company’s new Watch GT is certainly partly to blame for that success.

According to Huawei themselves, the company has managed to sell around 2 million of these wearables worldwide which is quite a feat considering the company sold around 5 million wearable devices in Q1 of this year.
The Watch GT was first introduced last year alongside their then current flagship, the Mate 20. We reviewed the smartwatch ourselves a few months ago and amazed us with its week and a half battery life, though we did hit it for its sometimes limited functionality.
