No Dual Cameras Here
While we’ve already seen a duo of dual camera equipped smartphones from Cherry Mobile, Cherry Mobile P1 and the Cherry Mobile P1 Plus, it seems they’re introducing another handset into the mix, the P1 Lite. The P1 Lite is equipped with a 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum 7731 quad-core processor that’s been paired off with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which is expandable by up to 32GB via a microSD card. Though its camera array may look like it has dual cameras, don’t be fooled. Its only equipped with a 5-megapixel main shooter.

While the Cherry Mobile P1 Lite may not impress with its listed hardware, one can’t complain given its very affordable price tag that sits at Php 1,999; making it a good option for those on an extremely tight budget or perhaps a secondary phone. Sadly, like the P1, you’ll have to rely on a 3G network with the Lite.
