It’s going to be a Mid-Range Model
If you are wondering what new Galaxy phone Samsung will be launching on October 11, all signs point to a new Galaxy A-series device. Rumored to be called the Galaxy A9 Pro, the said phone will be one of the first mid-range phones that Samsung promised to offer new features.
From what we know so far, the Galaxy A9 Pro will be the first phone to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 processor. As for the new features, the Galaxy A9 Pro will reportedly have a quad rear camera setup—a first not just for Samsung, but for the whole smartphone industry.
Aside from those two headlining features, the Galaxy A9 Pro will also have an Infinity display and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
While details of the quad-camera setup have not been disclosed yet, we will have to wait until October 11 to see what Samsung has in store.
