Two entry-level phones from Motorola

Aside from the Moto X, Motorola also announced that they are bringing in two entry level handsets to the Philippines – the Moto E (2015) and the Moto G (2014). Both handsets will retail under 10K, though only the Moto E will have LTE. Let’s take a look at the specs:

  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS
  • Android Lollipop
  • 2390mAh battery
  • Php 6,999

The two entry level phones from Motorola complete the company’s lineup for now. So to recap, Motorola’s re-entering the PH market with the Moto X, Moto G and the Moto E for now. Sorry guys – no Nexus 6 for the meantime. 🙁

  1. Ang possible na katapat ng moto e ay redmi 2 enhanced. Yun e kung masasabayan ng xiaomi ang distribution power ng lenovo.

    1. Naku, di yan sasabayan ng Xiaomi. Magkaiba sila ng business model. Regular distribution ang Motorola, flash sale naman ang Xiaomi. May regular distribution din ang Xiaomi pero mukhang dun lang sa mga devices nila na di pumatok. Isa pa, Pareho lang halos ng specs ang normal na Redmi 2 sa Moto G (2014) at mas mura pa. Ang katapat na niyan ay Mi 4i kung pricing lang ang basehan. Sana hinintay na lang ng Motorola yung Moto G (2015).

  2. Moto G is pretty expensive for the specs. Moto E might be a better buy for that insane battery life + LTE.

  4. Ridiculous pricing from Lenovo. No wonder why long-time and hardcore Motorola fans despise Lenovo like hell.
