There will be a total of four variants
Motorola is set to launch the Moto G7 family in a few weeks. Ahead of its launch, official renders of the four variants—not three as initially speculated—has surfaced.
The lower-end variants consist of the Moto G7 Play and G7 Power, characterized with a rather wide notch and a single rear camera setup. Both variants are powered by a Snapdragon 632 processor, 12-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera, 8-megapixel f/2.2 front camera, 32GB/64GB internal storage, and Android Pie.
What differentiates the two is that the G7 Power has a bigger display (6.2-inch compared to 5.7-inch on the G7 Play) and a bigger battery (5000mAh compared to the G7 Play’s rather small 3000mAh battery).
On the other hand, the vanilla G7 and G7 Plus have a waterdrop notch and dual rear cameras. While both are rumored to have a 6.24-inch Full HD+ display, USB-C, and TurboCharge quick charge, the Moto G7 Plus will reportedly use a Snapdragon 660 processor, while the vanilla G7 will utilize a Snapdragon 632 processor.
The Moto G7 family is expected to be unveiled at MWC 2019.
