MyPhone’s my21 is a 3G, Quad-core Smartphone for Just Php 1,999

A KitKat-powered Android phone under 2K

Apparently MyPhone’s recently announced my31 smartphone has a lower-priced sibling: the my21. The my21 may not be the best smartphone in terms of specs, but it has all the right things going for it if you’re someone who is looking for an Android-powered backup phone or are looking to make the jump from featurephones to smartphones: 4-inch display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, dual-SIM capability and Android KitKat 4.4.

MyPhone my21 specs:

  • 1.2GHz quad-core processor
  • 512MB of RAM
  • 4-inch TFT display
  • 4GB of internal storage, likely expandable
  • 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash
  • Dual-SIM
  • 3G
  • Android KitKat 4.4

The my21 is priced quite affordably at just Php 1,999, making it a great choice for people who want to jump into the Android ecosystem without emptying their wallet.

  1. Please support our local brands especially MyPhone. As far as I could snitch myself on, myphome is a superbrand in the Philippines. In fact, it could even vye around great mobile makers across the world. And MyPhone is viably endeavoring to advance its technology. Bashers, please rethink before you comment.

  2. This phone is overall ok, but!
Pros: its very portable, easy to use, good cam, good design, good for listening music, watching videos(ex. anime) :3, good for browsing (preferred browser “UC Browser”), can play COC and other casual games, it can play some 3d games like Iruna Online and asphalt nitro,
Cons: battery life not good enough (1300mah), touch is not responsive, its a bit of hard touch, the phone is slow (not good for high end gaming), gets hot and sometimes laggy, bad network signal. BEWARE OF DEFECTS, I got my phone with crack on the side. When you use this phone for a while theres a plastic thingy inside thats gonna block your power button and volume rocker. to fix this pls follow my instructions.
    1. turn off your phone
    2. open the back cover
    3. try t0 take the buttons out
    4. inside you’ll see a black strip of plastic and then cut it.
    5. or just take it to myphone
Note: This doesnt happen to all Myphone My21
So I prefer do not buy this phone. This phone is actually very annoying.
Im planning on buying a new phone, this phone is not worth it! a total waste of money!!

  3. We gave this to our Teacher , She loved it (Her previous phone was a Traditional Cherry Mobile Phone) It was her first touch screen phone , She said it was good enough for her daily needs and it was pretty cheap for just us students to buy that phone for her , It has a smooth performance in everyday usage , the 3G connection is good and the camera is just average , the front camera is really good for selfies tho even if it’s just VGA , It’s a good phone for anyone who wants to jump from a keypad phone to android

  4. This phone is a big NO NO. Just bough a month ago. Brought to MYPHONE service center for 4x already and unfortunately the Manager said to accept reality because they receive same complains all the time and they can no longer fix the problem. You guys want to know the problem, it has a WIFI-feature BUT after 2 weeks of usage, it DOES NOT CONNECT ALREADY. Saddest part, they CAN’T REPAIR anymore AND they DON’T REPLACE. So I’m stuck with this unit. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. So careful guys in buying MYPHONE products because while I was inside the Service Center, OMG! There were a lot of customers who were REALLY REALLY MAD with the performance of MYPHONE products. A lot of them after 8 days of use, it was already under repair. I am not here to promote any brand, I am here to inform the public to think many times before buying myphone products.
