Nokia just outed their most affordable Windows Phone offering with the Lumia 510. Priced at $199 (roughly Php8,400), this new handset packs a 4-inch screen, Windows Phone 7.5, 5-megapixel camera, and bundled with free 7GB SkyDrive storage.
