Online Retailer Outs Price for the OnePlus 5

The New Flagship Killer Gets Priced?

One of the big stories from a couple of months back was when OnePlus found an official distributor to carry their products in the Philippines. While having an official warranty is a great comfort when you purchase a OnePlus 3T, it was a little late to the game; especially because rumors for the OnePlus 5 had already been seen online. Now, it looks like we finally know how much the device is going to set us back financially, as one online retailer has the device listed on their site.

Let’s have a look at its rumored spec sheet first.

OnePlus 5 (Rumored Specs)

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor
  • Qualcomm Adreno 540 GPU
  • 6GB/8GB RAM
  • 5.5-inch QHD display, 2560 x 1440 resolution, dual curved edges, “very thin bezels”
  • 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage
  • Twin 12-megapixel dual rear cameras
  • 8-megapixel front camera
  • 3850mAh battery with Dash Charge
  • Android 7.0 Nougat with Oxygen OS

The online retailer mentioned above is OPPOMart who lists the OnePlus 5 at $449, or Php 22434, which is inline with the pricing we’ve seen from the brand in the past. The listing for estimated availability says that the product will also ship by June. While we’d normally ask you to take this news lightly (since the phone hasn’t even been officially launched yet), the leaks and pricing do make a lot of sense for what the brand has accomplished with their previous devices.

If the shipping date is truthful, then it looks like we don’t have to wait very long until OnePlus gives us the official spec sheet and price for the OnePlus 5.
