Here’s the official pricing for OPPO’s new phones

OPPO is finally taking off the wraps off of their R7 family of phones. We say phones, but in reality OPPO is only launching two devices tonight – the R7 Lite and the R7 Plus. We’ve already talked about the R7 Plus, but it pays to look back – it’s a 6-inch full HD smartphone running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB of RAM. The R7 Lite is the downgraded version of the R7, sporting an HD display instead of full HD, and 2GB of RAM instead of 3GB.

OPPO R7 Lite specs:

  • 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor
  • 2GB of RAM
  • 5-inch HD AMOLED display, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 1280 x 720 resolution
  • 16GB of storage, expandable up to 128GB
  • 13-megapixel rear camera, f/2.2 aperture
  • 8-megapixel frotn camera, f/2.4 aperture
  • 3G, LTE
  • WiFI, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS
  • Android 5.1 Lollipop
  • Color OS 2.1
  • 2320mAh battery

OPPO R7 Plus specs:

  • 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 6-inch full HD AMOLED display, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 1920 x 1080 resolution
  • 32GB of storage, expandable up to 128GB
  • 13-megapixel rear camera, f/2.2 aperture
  • 8-megapixel frotn camera, f/2.4 aperture
  • 3G, LTE
  • WiFI, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS
  • Android 5.1 Lollipop
  • Color OS 2.1
  • 4,100mAh battery

OPPO’s R7 Lite is priced at Php 13,990, while the R7 Plus will go for Php 21,990. It’s still unknown if OPPO will release the regular R7 in the PH, though right now we wouldn’t bet on the company releasing it soon. You can head over here to read our full review of the R7 Plus.

    1. Okay then. Let’s judge it on being overpriced. Mas sikat na brands like Lenovo, Huawei and Asus halos kalahati lang presyo. It seems di pa rin bumababa ang amats ng mga taga Oppo.

    1. Your correct but I can’t imagine it’s performance differ too much from other phones with the same spec sheet. It’s a bit too pricey. There are a lot of phones with far better specs and lower price. I don’t see the logic of pricing it too much. the ZF2 would leave this in the dust and its almost P8k cheaper than Oppo’s offering.

  1. Disappointed ako dahil inaasahan ko yung r7 with 3gb ram at 441ppi. Lalabas na rin naman ang xperia series kaya price drop na lang ng z3 at z3 compact ang aantayin ko.
