This might be the brand’s first commercial 5G phone
Remember the 5G-sporting version of the Find X that OPPO demonstrated at the 2018 China Mobile Global Partners Conference? That prototype might eventually surface as the Find Z, as OPPO trademarked the name at the European IPO.
Aside from sporting a Snapdragon 855 processor and X50 5G modem, the Find Z is rumored to have OPPO’s 50W SuperVOOC charging, along with the brand’s new 10x optical camera zoom and revamped in-display fingerprint scanner.
While OPPO is expected to showcase its new tech at MWC 2019, it is unlikely that we will see the Find Z by then. Instead, OPPO is expected to hold a separate event for the Find Z.
