P30 Pro Camera Features Leak Out Ahead of Launch

Nothing more to hide at this point

Huawei is set to unveil the P30 family next week. While we basically know everything about it, there are more surprises in store for Huawei’s flagship phones. Recently, a new listing spilled more details about the P30 Pro’s photo and video capabilities.

The Superpectrum sensor and Dual-view video are two of the new features we now know thanks to the latest leak. The former is said to be an enhanced version of the 40-megapixel main camera used in the P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro, and claims to shoot at “super high ISOs” and deliver a significant improvement in low-light video recording.

The latter is an interesting feature for those who want to be creative with their videos. Using two different lenses, the feature creates a split-screen video featuring a wide-angle shot and a close-up shot. The feature will be enabled later on via OTA.

We will be in Paris to cover the P20 family launch on March 26 so stay tuned.
