The Realme 7 Gets a 5G-Ready Variant

Powered by a Dimensity 800U processor

If you think Realme is done with their Realme 7 series, the brand unveiled a fourth version with the Realme 7 5G. Positioned between the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 7, the Realme 7 5G is the first under Realme’s numbered series to have 5G connectivity thanks to a Dimensity 800U processor.

Unlike the majority of Realme’s 5G devices, the Realme 7 5G will go global–being made available in Europe and India. for 279 Euros(~Php 16k) for the base 6GB/128GB variantyou get:

  • A Dimensity 800U processor, which has higher-clocked Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.4Ghz and dual 5G SIM connectivity. That is paired with 6/8GB RAM and 128GB storage;
  • A 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate (do note that the Dimensity 800U natively supports up to 90Hz) and a punch-hole for the 16-megapixel selfie snapper;
  • Quad rear camera setup that comprises of a 48-megapixel f/1.8 main camera, 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and a pair of 2-megapixel cameras–one being a monochrome sensor and another for macro shots; and
  • A 5000mAh battery with 30w wired charging.

While it will be made available in Europe on November 27, it will be just a matter of time before it will become available in Asia.
