Another one with the notch
Looks like the notch will be this year’s trend, if rumors are to be believed regarding Doogee’s upcoming smartphone. Slated to launch in May, the Doogee V sports a 6.2-inch 18:9 AMOLED display, sporting a notch on top similar to what Apple did with the iPhone X. At the back, the Doogee V has a dual rear camera setup similar to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9+, sans the fingerprint scanner. The “absence” of a fingerprint scanner is because the Doogee V will utilize an in-display fingerprint scanner instead.
According to leakster Benjamin Geskin, the Doogee V will have a dual 16-megapixel front camera, a dual 21-megapixel rear camera, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and an upcoming MediaTek P40 processor. As for pricing, it is pegged at around $300-350 (or roughly Php 15-17k). Should all of these is true, this makes the Doogee V a potential mid-range killer.
