Slim body, powerful specs
While Samsung may not be well-known when it comes to gaming laptops, its latest Notebook Odyssey model is something worth looking at. Called the Notebook Odyssey Z, Samsung’s new gaming laptop sports a slim 17.9mm thin chassis that contains an 8th-generation Intel i7 processor, along with a GTX1060 Max-P graphics card.
To keep things cool, Samsung designed an all-new Z AeroFlow Cooling System. Consisting of Dynamic Spread Vapor Chamber, the Z AeroFlow Cooling Design, and the Z Blade Blower, these three crucial components help maintain the Notebook Odyssey Z’s temperature during heavy gaming.
Other features include a 15.6-inch Full HD display, backlit keyboard, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD storage. The Notebook Odyssey Z will be available in select countries including Korea and China in April, and will be available in the US by Q3 2018.
