Delivering the ultimate in picture quality

Sony announces a new line of BRAVIA TVs called the Master series with the A9F globally. Among the key features of this new TV is the X1 Ultimate image processor. The new processor aims to aid the A9F to produce a picture quality that is close to that of a professional-grade monitor.

To make that possible, the X1 Ultimate image processor comes with features such as Object-based Super Resolution, a reworked Object-based HDR remaster, and a new “Netflix Calibrated Mode”. The latter makes some tweaks to mirror the picture quality of a studio evaluation master video by faithfully reproducing detail and visuals as if it literally came out of the studio.

Other features of the A9F include Pixel Contrast Booster, Acoustic Surface Audio+, and Android TV hands-free voice operation.

The A9F series is expected to be available in the Philippines this September.
