Would you buy the Wi-Fi only Xperia Z Ultra?
Sony’s 6.4-inch Xperia Z Ultra has always been big enough to be just a tablet, and today you can get just that. The Wi-Fi only version of the Xperia Z Ultra strips all the GSM radios in the device and cuts the price to a mere 52,000 yen, or around Php 22527 without taxes and duties, taking the phone out of the tablet. Sure, it’s a bit pricey for a tablet, but unless you’ve forgotten, you’ll be getting a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of ram and a 6.4-inch full HD display for the price you’re paying. Unfortunately, the option to buy it as a tablet is still Japan only for now, but hopefully the company will start rolling out the offer to other territories like ours soon. Still on the fence?
