On features, the Redmi Band is slightly better than the Mi Band 4 as it has a bigger 1.08 OLED display. The Redmi Band has a dongle-free design, with the USB-A charging integrated within the band. The Redmi Band is rated for 14 days, and charging it takes around two hours.
