Confirms previous renders and rumors
After Honor teased the Honor 9X Pro’s back panel, MySmartPrice got hold of what appears to be official renders of both the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro.
Both will sport a notch-free display, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, pop-up camera, and vertically-mounted rear cameras. As expected, the Honor 9X will have a dual rear camera setup, while the Honor 9X Pro will have a triple rear camera setup.
Both phones will use Huawei’s Kirin 810 processor and come with a 3900mAh battery. The Honor 9X will have a 6GB/128GB variant while the Honor 9X Pro will have an 8GB/256GB configuration.
As for the rear cameras, both phones will have a 48-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel depth sensor, with the Honor 9X Pro having an additional 8-megapixel camera—which is presumed to be an ultra-wide-angle snapper.
For the color variants, it appears that the gradient back with an “X” shape will be exclusive to the Honor 9X Pro.
Together with the Honor Band 5, we expect Honor to pull off more surprises for the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro come July 23.
