Jays v-JAYS Headphones unboxed!
Three words perfectly describe the Jays v-JAYS portable headphones: lightweight, portable and powerful. This very unassuming headphone delivers remarkable sound quality despite the very slim and sleek build. We’ll dabble more on the sound quality during the full review but for now we’d like to share with everyone our unboxing. By the way as you can see in the photo above our cat, Tiffy, has taken a liking to the headphones, haha!
To showcase the form factor, Jays decided to use a transparent hard plastic as the box. The headphones sit comfortably on a dark grey foam. They definitely made the right decision here. The v-Jays look awesome in the box!
Unboxing is easy. Just remove the tape at the top, flip it open, and pull out the foam cushion with the headphones.
The Jays branding is on the outer face of the ear cup. You’ll notice from the picture that they’re using foam pads which is actually very comfortable. There’s also an inner soft lining under the headband for even more added comfort.
You might be asking… where are the wires? Well if you pull the headphones out you’ll see the wires cleanly tucked at the back of the foam cushion. The v-Jays have a double cable (one from each ear cup) and it also comes with an extension cable just in case you need more distance from your music player with the headphone.
Want to bring it with you? Easy. Just fold it up and quickly store it in your bag.
By the way one thing I liked is that Jays also included extra ear foam pads in the box! You can use this when your pads get damaged or if they just wear out over time. The only thing missing really with the entire package is some sort of carrying case or pouch.
Full Review coming soon
We’ll spend more time with this and give you guys the full review after a week or two. For now here’s one more ridiculously cool photo of our cat with the Jays v-Jays.
