Vivo Unveils their Phone for Selfie Addicts, the Vivo Y67


Chinese phone manufacturer, Vivo, seems to be on a roll lately in terms of timely released for new devices. A few weeks ago, they released the Vivo Y55 that’s equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB expandable storage, and was pretty reasonably priced at Php 7,990. While we’re still waiting for the official launch of a few other devices from their product line up, Vivo has just announced another smartphone rolling out from their manufacturing line, the Vivo Y67, a 5.5-inch device geared towards people who love taking selfies.

Our source wasn’t able to specify what version of Android the Vivo Y67 was rocking, but we’re guessing it will be Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Vivo’s FunTouch UI overlay. Photos give to the press also suggest that the Y67 shares a resemblance to the mid-ranged Y55, but these photos show that they Y67 will have an actual physical home button that houses a fingerprint scanner as well. The Vivo Y67 has been priced at $265 (1798 Yuan) or Php 12,800.
