Xiaomi’s been busy these past few weeks hyping up its fans for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 5X. The upcoming handset, rumored to be the first phone in Xiaomi’s new sub-brand, was spotted via leaked renders a few days back. Now, the Chinese electronics firm has finally unveiled the device through a video teaser.
While there’s no official word yet on the Mi 5X’s specifications, the gossip grapevine is speculating that the Mi 5X will be shipping in two flavors – a Snapdragon 625 variant and a more expensive Snapdragon 660 model. Other shared specs include a 1080p 5.5-inch display, 4GB of RAM, a 3000mAh battery pack, and Android 7.1.
The Xiaomi Mi 5X is expected to be launched this July 26.
