Earlier this morning Inquirer reporter Dax Lucas broke the news on Twitter that Mocha Uson was being considered as social media consultant for the Bureau of Customs. A few hours after his tweet, ABS-CBN confirmed the news in an article with no less than BOC Commissioner Faledon saying that they were going to tap Uson as their Social Media Consultant.

An hour later, they released a statement saying that they will no longer be appointing her but they will let her write about the BOC on her blog.

Uh… okay.
