Google Officially Rolls Out Dark Mode for OS X Version of Chrome

It works together with OS X Mojave’s native Dark Mode

After it was teased as a new feature last month, Google is now rolling out Dark Mode to Mac computers as part of its version 73 stable build.

Google Chome’s dark mode works natively with OS X Mojave’s system-wide dark mode setting. Google Chrome will automatically start in dark mode once you enable Dark Mode at OS X Mojave’s System Preferences under the general settings.

Those using Windows need not wait long, as Google will be porting Dark Mode to the Windows version of Chrome soon. No word yet as to when the iOS and Android versions of Chrome will receive dark mode.
