Heads up road warriors: Google has just announced that Android Auto is officially available in the country. If you don’t know, Android Auto is a smart driving companion app from Google that allows you to keep focused and entertained when you’re driving on the road.
The app comes with larger touch icons, a simplified user interface that makes it easier to use while driving. It doesn’t take a new phone to run Android Auto either – you just need a phone running Android 5.0 or higher plus an active data connection to use it.
Many cars sold today already have Android Auto in their entertainment systems, it’s just the matter of activating and connecting your phone them via a USB cable. For a complete list of compatible vehicles, check out this link here.
