iflix Launches Watch Offline Feature

You can now download and watch shows whenever you want!

When iflix was first launched, they promised to look into a few things to improve their service. One of the features they mentioned was the ability to download content from their library and watch them offline for those of us who choose to be frugal with how to spend our precious data allotment. iflix is pleased to announce that subscribers can now enjoy the Download and Watch Offline feature.

With Download and Watch Offline, subscribers have the option of downloading their favorite shows, via Wi-Fi, in varying qualities to suit the storage capacity of their device. No more buffering or getting bumped down to lower resolutions when the network can’t handle it! The launch of this feature couldn’t be more timely as we are hitting the Christmas rush and possibly spending more time stuck on the road.

Mark Britt, iflix Group CEO had this to say about the newly launched feature: “Download and Watch Offline is a game changer for us and represents a huge competitive leap forward for iflix. We are proud to be one of the first online subscription streaming services in the world to offer offline viewing. Wherever our subscribers are, on a plane, traveling, on vacation, or anywhere in the world, they can enjoy their favourite programmes regardless of Internet availability.”

If you haven’t tried out iflix, you can head to their website for a 30-Day Free Trial. In case you get hooked, no need to worry; their subscription fee is set at affordable P129 per month.
