Are you craving for Chickenjoy but prefer having it delivered at your doorstep? Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) announced that it is launching a Facebook Messenger chatbot to accommodate your food orders from Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Burger King, Red Ribbon, and (soon) Greenwich.
Ordering is simple: simply visit your favorite restaurant’s Facebook page and type #order. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Paymaya, with the latter offering a chance for a cashback. This new method of ordering is one of the many initiatives of JFC in adapting to the new normal and Paymaya’s growing efforts in promoting cashless transactions.
“The availability of PayMaya’s cashless payments solutions helps ensure that both our customers and frontline workers are protected, while at the same time giving them a more joyful experience when they order their favorite food from any of our brands,” JFC Philippines Country Business Group and concurrent Jollibee PH Marketing Head Francis Flores said.
The system is rolling out gradually, so send a message to your favorite restaurant’s Facebook page to see if your nearest branch supports ordering via Facebook messenger.
