PC Gamer has managed to get an early look at Funcom’s new open-world survival game Conan Exiles. For those of you who don’t know, Conan Exiles is a game in development that allows you battle barbarians, monsters all the while surviving the brutal open world landscape where the game is set.

It also allows you to define how big your dong is.

PC Gamer’s Chris Livingston shows us the amount of dong customization in Conan Exiles in his tweets below. As with most open world games, you’re able to customize your character’s appearance, down to how big your manhood is. Want to be the guy with the smallest dick in the game? You can do that. Want to have an almost literal third leg? That’s possible too.

The game also models how your dong flops around when you’re fighting, presumably to give you a few seconds to murder anybody who sees you pantless for the first time as they stand motionless wondering how they’ve managed to arrive at that point in time staring at another player’s in-game genitals.

Conan Exiles will be launching via Early Access on January 31st, which presumably allows players to do other, non-genitalia related things in the game.
